Delivery

We keep all goods for sale in stock.  We don't drop-ship or arrange for items to be sent out by a third party.  Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 14.30 (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

All items are sent via Royal Mail's 'Signed For' recorded delivery service and will require  a signature upon receipt.  Please make sure that somebody will be available to sign for the order at the delivery address.  The cost of First Class delivery for orders up to £50 is a flat rate of £2.99.  Orders totalling over £50 qualify for free Second Class delivery.  The total price is shown at the checkout before you make your payment or enter any personal details.  Items offered for sale with promotional free delivery are sent second class, unless stated otherwise.

Where an order includes an item which is listed as 'Out of Stock' the order will be dispatched when all items are in stock.  Orders containing out of stock items will not be part-shipped.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
