This neat little shower timer from Efergy is more than just a simple timer.  It comes supplied with a measuring bag so that you can calculate how long your shower takes to use one litre of water, which is then set in the timer's memory.  Once set, you decide the maximum amount of water (Efergy suggest 35 litres) you want to use each shower, then the Efergy Shower Time shows you how much water you are using during your shower.  Of course, (unless you take only cold showers!) saving hot water saves energy too, so limiting the time spent in the shower conserves water AND saves energy.
