Lithium single use batteries use the latest technology to provide up to SEVEN TIMES MORE LIFE * than standard 'quality' alkaline batteries such as Duracell, Energizer, etc. For several years now, lithium batteries have been supplied with smoke detectors due to their significantly extended performance. Lithium batteries save you money and reduce waste because they need replacing less often. For convenience, fitting lithium batteries in your new wireless energy monitor will mean less trips to the meter cupboard to change them.

Until recently, Energizer were the only manufacturer of single use AA and AAA lithium consumer batteries, typically retailing at £3.99 for a pack of two AA cells. We have now secured stock of 'unbranded' long-life lithium AA batteries from a new manufacturer (run by former Energizer executives) at a much more reasonable price and so are able to offer them at just £2.49 per twin pack. The manufacturers claim that performance of these new batteries is equal to or better than the Energizer brand equivalents.
