Order more and save up to £10 with our Multi-Buy discount.

Buy three or four different qualifying products and we'll knock £5 off the total at the checkout.  If you buy five or more different qualifying products, the discount is £10.

Only one Multi-Buy discount is available per customer.  Although we've excluded more than one LED lamp from the Multi-Buy offer, you can take advantage of our tiered LED lamp pricing instead.

 

  • The Multi-buy discount applies to qualifying products which are identified with the Multi-Buy Logo
  • The Multi-Buy discount is automatically applied to baskets containing 3 or 5 different products
  • Multiple purchases of the same product do not qualify for a Multi-Buy discount
  • Maximum of one LED lighting product per basket
  • Limit of one Multi-Buy discount per customer

 

Frequently asked questions

Can I split my order into batches of five to maximise my discount?
The Multi-Buy discount is limited to one discount of either £5 or £10 per customer for non-identical products.  We do not permit the placing of multiple orders to obtain multiple discounts.  Secondary orders placed will be cancelled and the payments refunded.

I've added five Owl Electricity Monitors to my basket, but I am not receiving a £10 discount.  What's wrong?
The Multi-Buy discount is for non-identical items and does not apply to multiple purchases of the same product.  So, for the purposes of the Multi-Buy offer, the five Owls only count as one product.  You will need to add a further four different qualifying products to your cart to receive a £10 discount.

Why can I only include a maximum of one LED lighting product with the Multi-Buy discount?
LED lighting products are generally excluded from the Multi-Buy discount offer.  We've allowed the inclusion of one LED lighting product for customers wishing to add in an LED lamp to their order for evaluation before making their main purchase.  There is a separate discount structure for LED lighting products, geared towards volume purchase.

How can I save money when I want to bulk-buy LED lighting products?
Most of our LED lighting products are listed with their own tiered price structure.  The more you buy, the more you save.
