OneClick IntelliPanel automatically determines the on and off power level of your TV, desktop computer, or similar 'master' device and controls the power to all associated peripherals, such as a printer, speakers, broadband router, etc.

We've got one of these at home with the Home Cinema Amplifier plugged into the master socket. We're pretty good at turning off the TV and Amplifier when we're not watching, but there are quite a few other DC powered AV gadgets, the DVD player (which will only go into standby) and of course a hulking great subwoofer. Using the plug-in power meter we sell, we could see that these items were using 47 Watts 24/7! Now, when we turn off the Amplifier, the IntelliPanel kicks in and the power meter reading is zero. At a rate of 7p per kWh, assuming a use of 4 hours per day this will save us over £20 per year - every year! The whole lot turns back on again when the Amplifier is powered up.

The IntelliPanel is great for the study too. Turn your desktop computer on, and the IntelliPanel instantly switches power to the peripherals (monitor, scanner, printer, games console, speakers, lights, etc). Switch it off, and it turns them all off - with just one click. The IntelliPanel takes care of everything, automatically.

An average saving of approximately 35 watts per hour can be achieved depending on the number of connected peripherals. This product can pay for itself in less than a year of use!

Technical specifications

Full range Auto Calibration - this unit will automatically determine the on and off power level of any desktop computer to automatically switch power to peripheral equipment only when the desktop computer is switched on and in use. A 5 second delay in powering peripherals on/off allows printers to park before power is shut down.
Zero-crossing detection - Automatically determines when the power supplied to the peripherals is at an optimum level for creating the least amount of stress to components. Switching at this point, the Intellipanel™ ensures that less electrical noise is emitted in the form of interference to other electrical products such as the radio and television.

How It Works

Plug the desktop computer in to the OneClick IntelliPanel master socket
Connect peripherals (monitor, printers, speakers, etc) into the remaining sockets (using an extention if required)
When the computer is switched on, peripherals are switched on (after a short delay)
When the computer is switched off, peripherals are switched off automatically, leaving only the IntelliPanel on standby consuming just 0.4 watts of enery
A 5-second delay in powering peripherals on / off allows printers to park safely before power is shut down.
