This unbranded E14 R50 240v LED spotlight claims to produce 240 lumens and should therefore be equivalent to a 24w incandescent E14 R50 mini spot lamp, but consume approximately one tenth of the electricity.

Regular incandescent R50 spotlights notoriously seem to blow within months, whereas this LED version should last for years. This Warm White LED spotlight incorporates three LEDs and is fitted with a 38 degree polycarbonate beam lens for a well defined narrow beam, similar to a tungsten halogen lamp.

This is our highest powered LED spotlight.  Fitted with a 9-way CREE XR-E LED module, this warm white lamp produces more than enough light to make it easily comparable to a halogen 70w R80 spotlight, commonly used in desk lamps, tracklights, recessed downlights, etc.  The 50,000hrs lamp life means it can replace up to twenty five halogen R80 lamps.  This model is fitted with a wide 100 degree beam angle clear optical lens for  well-dispersed crisp white light, similar to a halogen lamp in appearance, but it can also be run without a beam lens for an even wider flood effect.
